Database Administrator for St. Leon-Rot via an agency asap

On behalf of our client we are looking for a database administrator in St. Leon-Rot next to Mannheim. The position is next to Mannheim and via an agency. The position should start asap.

Tasks:
 Administration and configuration of relational databases in Service Center B
 Drive innovation to optimize, automate and standardize the operational delivery processes
 Managing the daily operations, ensure high availability
 Strong collaboration with other units within Global IT IS
Strong alignment and close cooperation with internal customers and partners

Your strengths are:
 Advanced technical background on 1 or more relational database (MSSQL, Sybase, MAXDB, DB2 UDB, MySQL, Oracle).With at least 2+ years work experience in administration
 Analyze and resolve complex issues in the context of DB and application technology stack
 Solid OS platform knowledge (ideal: Unix, Linux, Windows)
 Scripting (Perl, Shell,…) is a plus
 English
