Talent Search People is a recruitment agency based in Spain, with offices in Barcelona and Madrid. We focus on Multilingual Speakers, Commercial, IT & E-Commerce and Finance profiles.
Our client is a German global IT services and consulting multinational company.
As a Team Leader, you will be working in the International Service Desk and managing a team of German speaking Technical Support Agents.
Your main responsibilities will be:
-coordinate and supervise daily activities of the customer support team
-oversee the development of all the procedures within the department
-act in compliance with the agreements established with the clients
-escalate and follow-up on all the incidences that may occur until they are resolved
-business improvements where needed
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
•Qualifications
-Degree in Information Technology/Telecommunications or Computer Engineering
-Excellent Level of German and English
-Excellent level of Spanish is a plus
•Experience
-At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably managing help-desk teams
-Experience in IT and multinational environment
•Skills
-Excellent knowledge of technical support, networks and ICT solutions.
-Be familiar with repair, analysis and measurement tools.
•Soft skills
-Strong customer- and result-orientation
-Ability to work independently and lead others
-Team spirit
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
